Operations: Undo Batch Withdrawals

To Undo a Batch Withdrawal:

• Enter the Batch History for the applicable Dx5 Batch in need of a Withdrawal Undo. To locate Batch Histories, head into Operations > Batch History or Operations > Bonded Transactions. Batch Histories can be accessed by clicking the Source Batch or Name detail in Gold:
  
  
  
  
• From the Batch history tab, locate the blue Undo Action beside the Batch Withdrawal. Click to Undo the Transaction from Batch Histories and applicable Federal Reports. Withdrawn Volume will be returned to the original Tank/Barrel.
  

• A Restore to Vessel action may be required to display the blue Undo if unavailable when users view Batch History. Perform the Restore to Vessel action as directed in this article to display the Undo: Operations: Restore to Vessel (Read Time: 2 mins).
• Batch Withdrawal Undos will not appear for any Spirit Withdrawals which occurred during a Dx5 Closed Books period. Reach out to Dx5 Support for assistance with Undos in past Reporting periods.
