Inventory: Unpackage VAP (Read Time: 2 mins)

To Unpackage (or break) VAP Inventory in DISTILL x 5:

• Navigate to Inventory > Overview, then click the Value Added Products tab:
  
• From here, click the VAP's Product Name in Gold on this table to enter the Inventory Item's Overview page. 
• Click the orange Item Actions button in the top right corner of the page, then select Unpackage VAP:
  

On the Unpackage Value Added Product form:

• Enter the Date/Time this VAP was broken on-site. 
• Enter the number of VAPs to break in the Unpackage Qty field. Dx5 will display the Current Inventory count above this field for ease.
• Users will be shown how many Bottles of each Product will be Returned in the table below, as well as the number of remaining VAP Units on-hand in Dx5:
  
• Click Submit to finalize the Unpackaging and return displayed Inventory to the appropriate Dx5 Finished Product.

Note: Any VAP Supply attachments included in the Unpackaged VAPs will also be returned to the appropriate Supply item inventory in Dx5. This is not displayed on the Unpackage VAP form at this time, however users can always review Dx5 Supply Item Inventory Transactions to verify return of Supplies:
