Bug Fixes:
- Add Spirit: On the "Add Spirit" form, users who were transferring Gallons into a destination Vessel set to track volume in another Unit of Measure noticed the form's preview was displaying new volume that was completely incorrect. The Add Spirit form now correctly shows volume based on the Container's default Unit of Measure.
- Distillation: Users performing "Undo" actions on Spirit Collections made into Bulk Production from Distillation noticed that Undo action did not return the correct Spirit Volume back to the source Distillation batch. Users who've gotten me (Jenni) as their Support rep on this issue when inquiring about it know this issue as "my least favorite bug ever", and I've never been happier to report an issue has been resolved! Undos of Spirit Collections are now returning the correct Volume to Distillation, and users no longer have to wait for us to fix volumes. This repair is a major win for us all!
Enhancements:
- Batch Types: Depending on how long ago you were set up with Dx5, you likely remember a very awkward conversation surrounding the Spirit Type list available in the "Add Batch Type" form. The Spirit Type list in Dx5 was lifted from a TTB resource produced before most of us were even alive, and the awkwardness surrounding this list was due to the fact that it didn't have Gin listed as an available Spirit Type.
Many a user have scratched their heads, and Dx5 Support has hung in there for years of awkward "you can still make Gin"-style explanations - but no longer do we have to endure this outdated and confusing list! Our incredibly gracious Dev Team has answered our calls for a updated, and more robust, Spirit Type list available in the "Add Batch Type" form. Gin is now available, along with just about any other Spirit Type you may need:
