Bug Fixes

• Inventory Reports: All remaining issues with Dated Inventory Reports have been resolved, with very few caveats!
  • On Dated Reports generated for dates prior to 1/22/2021:
    • Systems without Batch Costing enabled will continue to display Default Unit Costs, as expected.
    • Systems with Batch Costing enabled will not display Average Unit Costs; Default Unit Costs will be displayed only. This is due to deployment of brand new logic our team wrote to ensure Batch Costing calculations are accurate on Inventory Reports moving forward.
  • Dated Reports generated for dates after 1/22/2021 should be accurate and display cost data for Batch Costing vs non-Batch Costing systems as expected.
  • Current Inventory Report issues have been resolved on past releases and should generate as expected. Contact Support with any lingering questions regarding Inventory Reports!
    
    
• Dx5 Navigation Pane: The “Help” menu has left the building! Users should access the blue Support widget in the bottom right corner of each Dx5 page to access the Support library as well as Contact Support options.
  
  
• Dx5 Change Log: Users will notice the Dx5 Change Log previously available on the Dashboard has been replaced with a link to the Release Notes section within the Announcements category of our Support Library. Locate future release notes here!
  
  
  
• Operations – Undo Dumps: Users attempting to Undo any Dump actions that were performed using the “Dump Remainder” option were being directed to an Error page – this bug has been fixed!
  
  
• Operations – Partial Harvests: Users performing Partial Harvests were temporarily experiencing an issue where the Destination Vessel was showing “Transferred Out” instead of “Active” – this bug has also been fixed!
  
  
• Add Item form: Our team made a few more fixes to the newly refreshed Add Item form, including:
  • Sorting the Fermentable Reporting Type list by Category/Kind in order of appearance on Part IV of the Federal Production Report.
  • Resolution to an issue some users were experiencing a local storage issue requiring them to access the form using an Incognito window in Chrome.

Enhancements

• Operations – Bonded Transactions > Receipts: A column was added to include the Dx5 Bonded Product name on receipts of bulk and barreled spirit received after 2/10/2021. Receipts entered in Dx5 prior to the release of this new column will have “N/A” in the Bonded Product column, but Support can help retrieve the product name in question, if needed!
  
  
• Finished Products Overview: In Batch Costing systems with multiple Inventory Warehouses activated for Finished Product storage, we’ve clarified the language on the “Total Inventory Value” field from “Total Inventory Value (DSP)” to “Total Inventory Value (All)”. The value that displays in this field always considered inventory held in multiple warehouses, the wording just wasn’t as obvious as it should have been.
