Advanced Barrel Management: Barrel Mover

For DISTILL x 5 users that need additional barrel management tools, FIVE x 5 now offers the Barrel Mover add-on module. Barrel Mover allows users to move barrels to new rackhouse locations in bulk by utilizing QR Code scanning technology or our advanced search tools. Once the Barrel Mover module is enabled in your system, follow these simple steps to move barrels in bulk:

1. Navigate to Operations > Storage
2. Click Barrel Actions > Move Barrels
   
   
   
   
3. Enter the Date and Time of when the barrels were moved to their new location
4. To select barrels by their barrelhead card QR code, click Use QR. Otherwise, click Use Standard Picker to search/select barrels from a list.
   
   
   
   
5. If using the Standard Picker, select the Barrel Batch Type and Barrel Profile to narrow the barrel results. You may use Ctrl + Click to select more than one option. 
   
   
   
   
6. Check the boxes of the barrels you wish to move. You'll see the selected barrels on the right side of the barrel picker.
   
   
   
   
7. Enter the New Location of the barrels by selecting the Rackhouse and entering the Row, Height, and Depth.
   
   
   
   
8. Click Move Barrels.
