All payment updates can be made through your Customer Portal through our invoicing software. To access your billing portal, simply click the Billing button in your DISTILL x 5 navigation pane. Users can also click "Pay Now" or "View Invoice" at the bottom of any invoice or receipt.
The billing portal allows users to adjust payment info, and your invoice and payment history. To change billing contacts or the business address on file, please email email@example.com
To change the payment method on file, click "Change" next to the Payment Method section:
Simply enter the new information and save -- this will be your default payment method going forward.
Please note that only billing contacts on the account may access account details. If you receive an error, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org for help!
