- Click Save Settings
Once the Solera Barrel Action is enabled in your DISTILL x 5 system, follow the steps below to perform a barrel-to-barrel transfer:
- Enter the Transfer Date/Time
- Select the Barrel Source and Destination Batch Type detail from their respective drop-down menus.
- Choose the Gauge Type:
- "Transfer" requests only the Transfer Quantity of spirit being transferred from the Source Barrel.
- "Ending Volume" requests the total amount of spirit in the destination barrel after the transfer is performed in the Ending Volume Quantity field.
