Month-to-Month Service

Fx5 offers service on an annual, contracted basis, but existing customers may elect to move to month-to-month service rather than renewing their annual service agreement. Month-to-month service removes contractual obligations like an early termination fee, but is billed with a 20% surcharge* for flexibility.

To save on the monthly surcharge, month-to-month subscribers are always welcome to sign an annual service agreement. To sign an agreement and move to an annual service term, please contact Fx5 Billing.

Annual service terms may be billed annually, quarterly, or monthly.

For new Fx5 partner distilleries, an initial Flex Agreement is available, though such a service agreement requires an upfront payment equivalent to three months' service. Please contact Fx5 Sales if you're interested in an initial Flex Agreement.
