Note: Batch Type availability is dictated by the operational stages your Batch Type is enabled in - review this within Operations > Setup > Batch Types.
If a Batch Type selection is not available in a desired operational stage, follow these steps to add the missing stage to the Batch Type:
- Navigate to Operations > Setup and click the Batch Types tab
- Click the dual blue arrows to the right of the Batch Type to be edited, and click Edit
- Check the box next to the stage in which the Batch Type should be available to enable it. Note: that the parent operational area (Production, Storage, or Processing) must also be selected. The Reporting Category designation for that stage will dictate how the Batch Type is reported on the corresponding Federal report.
- Click Save Batch Type to save your changes
