DISTILL x 5 requires a shipping city/state to track all shipments to customers. If you are seeing proof gallons show up on Line 36. For Exportation, Vessels, and Aircraft, and Transfer to C.B.W., and you are not exporting spirit, then the Customer you shipped to does not have an active Shipping Address in Dx5. To correct this:
- Navigate to Fulfillment / Customers.
- Locate the Customer with the red warnings under Shipping Address (Not Set - Treated as Export)
- Click the blue arrow at the end of the line and use the Edit function to add a shipping address
- Enter the shipping address or select "Copy Primary Address" to use that as the shipping address. Only a city and state is required to correct the export.
