Tours are highly customizable, including how far ahead visitors may book; and what their confirmation, rescheduling, or cancellation emails say. To change any of these aspects of your tour system:
- Navigate to Admin > System Settings
- Click Change Visitor Settings at the top right
- Specify the distillery contacts who should be notified of tour booking, separating additional email addresses with a semi-colon, as well as all appropriate contact information to be sent to the visitor
- If you're requiring online payment for distillery tours, enter your payment gateway information
- Edit any Tour Emails you wish to customize. A legend for pre-populated fields is available at the top of the email section.
- Scroll to the bottom and Save Settings
